Pricing

Our pricing is based upon the complexity of your return. Every person’s return is unique, so please reach out for a free introductory consultation so that we can provide you with an estimate. The simplest of personal returns start at $150, with corporate and partnership returns starting at $475.

Our tax planning services are typically offered between the months of October and December (but are available year round). Tax planning involves going over your expected income for the year, running an estimate of overall taxes owed, and providing guidance on additional deductions and credits that may be available to you ahead of the close of the tax year. We’ve seen this service be particularly beneficial for those who are self-employed. Available to existing clients for $100.

Services are based upon the overall complexity of your business’ finances. Please reach out for a free introductory consultation so that we can provide you with a quote.

Established clients are billed a standard, agreed-upon monthly amount, with an annual review to adjust pricing as operations become more or less complex. Minimum monthly bookkeeping services start at $100 per month.

Pricing is based upon the number of employees. Single-employee payroll services start at $40 per month, and include all monthly and quarterly tax filings. There is an additional annual fee for filing W-2s and/or 1099s. While we provide check stubs as a part of our standard payroll services, we can alternatively provide direct deposit for an additional fee. Pricing is based on time spent addressing a notice or inquiry with the IRS and/or state(s), at a rate of $100 per hour.

This service is offered for $150. Complex business structures operating across multiple states may incur additional fees.
